No.178/2020 pending before Family Court Cuddalore and transfer the same to Family Court, Tirunelveli or any competent court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the letter submitted by the Family Court, Tirunelveli, vide its letter in D.No.469 dated 21.06.2021, requesting for extension of six months to comply with order, this Court made the following order: By order dated 24.11.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.178 of 2020, within a period of six months.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.469 dated 21.06.2021 wherein, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 24.11.2020.
