The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandaumus, to direct the respondent to entertain registration of the draft sale 1/4

deed dated 08.04.2025 in respect of the property situated in Venkateswarapuram Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi bearing S.No.191/5B within a time limit as may be stipulated by this Court in pursuant to the application of the petitioner vide receipt number 835/2025 dated 08.04.2025. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner vide receipt number 835/2025 dated 08.04.2025, in accordance to law and the respondent shall act as per law.
