ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2016 & 26.10.2016, to issue a joint patta by including his name and other legal heirs' name in the Patta No.1159, in respect of the property measuring about 0.17.00 Ares, comprised in Survey No.213/10 at Kalpalayam Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, besides circulating a letter to the Registry to withdraw the case, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
