O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 3 not to harass the petitioner in pursuant to the representation dated 22.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by one Bala Kannan. Therefore, he sent the representation dated 22.04.2025 to the third respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by one Bala Kannan, they called the petitioner for enquiry purpose and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. He would further submit 2/5

that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint lodged by one Bala Kannan, they called the petitioner for enquiry purpose and the petitioner's representation is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon one Bala Kannan's complaint along with the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
