Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the property in T.S.No.3 & 4, Survey No.399/7-1 at Block 20, Ward-T, A.I.T.U.C. Nagar, Seenivasapuram, Kodaikanal Town to the extent of 80 cents, while fencing the property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017. Mr.V.Saravanakumar, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Kodaikanal Police Station, Dindigul District, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.269 of 2017 before the second respondent Police.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has also given another complaint dated 06.06.2017.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to

conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.269 of 2017 by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
