This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner on the basis of the representation given by the Petitioner on 24.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, due to property dispute, private parties have threatened the petitioner to sell the property as per their wishes, therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 24.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and if the petitioner appears for enquiry, they will consider the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days. 4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, it is for the petitioner to appear for enquiry and produce the documents. 2/4

5.In view of the above, this Court is hereby directs the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the second respondent on 16.05.2025 and produce all the relevant documents, thereafter, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action within a period of 15 days, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
