*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to the 3rd respondent to grant permission to conduct Bharat Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Birth day along with Light Music programme on 15.07.2017 and to the said effect, he has submitted a representation to the respondent on 16.06.2017. Since, the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

Considering the fact that the representation is still pending with the respondents, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction in this Writ Petition, but, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
