JUDGMENT
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2.The respondent/husband has filed HMOP No.277 of 2017 before the Family Court, Tirunelveli, for dissolution of marriage. The trial Court has allowed the said HMOP by granting a decree of divorce. Challenging the said order, the appellant/wife has filed the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that there was no stay and subsequently, the parties have got married and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
