ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2023 and take appropriate action within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner made a representation dated 20.03.2023 to the 1st respondent. However, till date, no further action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid relief. 3.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who took notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that on receipt of the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2023 C.S.R.No.299 of 2023 was issued by the 2nd respondent on 29.03.2023 and the enquiry would be completed within a period to be stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
