Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.SHAKUL HAMEED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar District, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.5870 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
