Respondent/Respondent PRAYER :- This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of CR.P.C., to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2023, dated 04.05.2023 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge (Principal Sessions Court), Ramanathapuram.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District-Munsif-Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2023, dated 04.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.6(i) imposed vide order dated, 04.05.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge (Principal Sessions Court), Ramanathapuram is modified to the effect that "Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif -Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi. The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
