PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Subordinate Court, Tiruchendur, to expedite the disposal of the above petition in O.S.No.88 of 2022, and to pass order within time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The first plaintiff in O.S.No.88 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of the "B" diary extract reveals that an application in I.A.No. 3 of 2024, was filed for impleading third parties and the said application has been allowed. The suit is being adjourned from time to time for filing the amended copy of the plaint. At this stage, the present revision petition has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the revision petitioner alone has to file amended copy of the plaint, he undertakes to file the same on or before 30.06.2025. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025.

4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
