PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.577 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ A3, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 26.04.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467 and 468 of IPC in Crime No.577 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused have totally received a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- from the defacto complainant for getting job in Poland country. Thereafter he neither secured job nor returned money. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.04.2023, hence he seeks bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.8894 of 2023 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused cheated more than 158 persons to the tune of more than Rs.2 Crores. Further still now no recovery has been made, hence he objected to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the gravity of offence and also taking note of the fact that the amount has not been recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
