Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.VIJAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8681 of 2021, dated 09.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 21.07.2021, without fail.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 21.07.2021.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition from 21.07.2021, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
