*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct the temple festival from 14.07.2017 to 16.07.2017 along with cultural dance program on 16.07.2017 in connection with a temple festival and to the said effect, he has submitted a representation to the respondents on 20.06.2017. Since, the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the representation is still pending with the respondents, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction in this Writ Petition, but, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
