PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.577 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of IPC in Crime No.651 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner by giving false promise to arrange job in Poland, had received a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- from the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case and she has not involved in any such case of job racketing, hence, he prayed for bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.8867 of 2023 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent raised objection stating that it is a case of job racketing and the petitioner had cheated 158 persons by promising them to get job in abroad and huge amount is involved in the offence and the investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence levelled against the petitioner and also the facts that huge amount is involved in the offence and the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. sd/- 17/05/2023 / TRUE COPY / /05/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
