The prayer in this Criminal Original petition is for directing the first respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against him. It is seen that the said Look Out Circular came to be issued because Non Bailable Warrant was pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.59 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur in Crime No.40 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, West police station, Thanjavur. Since the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner has already been recalled, the Look Out Circular should also be consequently withdrawn. Therefore, this Court directs the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdraw the Look Out Circular in question.
