The petitioner has approached this Court that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is a police personnel and a complaint has been lodged by his wife and on account of the complaint, summon has been issued to the petitioner. The petitioner, without co-operating with the respondent police has filed this application. He has also confirmed that the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner and they have summoned the petitioner only for the purpose of enquiry. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) and also considering the fact that it is only a matrimonial dispute and that cannot be sorted out without the co-operation of the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the 2/4
