ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2017, after providing opportunity to the third respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, he was a hereditary trustee of Arulmighu Muthumariamman Temple, Manavanallur Village in Aranthangi Taluk, till 2000. Subsequently, the Temple had come under the control of HR & CE Department and the second respondent is incharge of the Administration of the Temple. 3.The petitioner would allege that the third respondent is a poojari of Arulmighu Muthumariamman Temple and he involved in misappropriating the funds. representation to the first respondent on 29.06.2015 and gave another representation to the first respondent on 05.06.2017 and once again he gave a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 15.06.2017. Since no action was taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.
4.Heard Mr.M.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition and also the submissions made the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2017 and pass orders, after providing opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
