: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue as Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to stop all the buses which are running by the 3rd to 5th respondents and get passengers at District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court stop, Samathuvapuram, Melur Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukoottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2017.

2. The petitioner, who is working as the Advocate's Clerk attached to an Advocate, who is practising at District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, has come forward with this Writ Petition with a prayer to direct the respondents Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation to stop the buses in front of the Court Complex.

3.It is clear as to whether there is a bus stop in the said area. In any event, if there are sufficient number of passengers to board the bus at that area, the respondent Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation may consider the request of the petitioner in terms of their regulations.

4.Accordingly, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the fourth and fifth respondents to consider the representation dated 14.06.2017, given by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. No costs.
