ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 409, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 I.P.C in Crime No.19 of 2017,seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that one Manikandan, who was the Branch Manager and Muthukumar, who was the Assistant Manager in IDBI Bank, Pudukkottai Branch, Pudukkottai, during the year of 20112016, they conspired with the petitioners, who are daughter and father fabricated the documents and cheated the amount of Rs. 1,45,72,855/- as if the Self Group Association received the loan amount. Hence, the case has been registered.

submit that on earlier occasion, this Court disposed the case in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14034 of 2017 on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- each. But, the said condition was not complied with by the petitioners. Instead, they filed the present anticipatory bail.
