This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the impugned notice issued by the third respondent in C.No.99/G5/ALGSC/MD/2023, dated 06.04.2023.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. S.A.Ajmal Khan, learned counsel for the defacto complainant is present and submitted that simultaneously this petitioner has also filed anticipatory bail before this co-ordinate Bench in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9565 of 2023 in an enquiry stage itself and that was dismissed today, directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.

4. In view of the above said development nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal 2/4

Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
