Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 3 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2017 and to give adequate Police Protection for collecting coconut as per the Mortgage deed dated 23.07.2014, 03.03.2016, within the time stipulated by this Court. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 27.01.2017 to the District Collector, Theni and the same has now been forwarded to the third respondent Police.
