ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5399 of 2021, dated 20.04.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.11.2022, this Court directed the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent to take instructions and report before this Court. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent produced the proceedings of the District Collector, Virudhunagar, dated 17.09.2021, whereby an order has been passed permitting the second respondent to enter upon the property of the petitioner for the purpose of erecting tower. 4.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
