ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017 in the light of G.O.(Perm) No.570 Revenue Department dated 26.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ Petition and at request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction.

4.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017 taking into account G.O.(Perm) No.570 Revenue Department dated 26.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
