************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the District Collector, Thoothukudi to take action against the fifth respondent pursuant to the audit report.

2.None appears on behalf of the fifth respondent inspite of printing his name in the cause list, after service. 3.We direct the District Collector, Thoothukudi, second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2017 and pass orders, taking into account the audit report submitted by the fourth respondent on 04.04.2016. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to point out that notice should be issued to the fifth respondent, before any action is taken by the District Collector. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
