[Order of the court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Review Application has been filed praying to review the order passed in W.A.(MD).No.614 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025.
2. In the operative portion of the order dated 19.03.2025, this court held that the Government is the appropriate authority either to accept or reject the proposal of Arasu Rubber Corporation Limited; the Government has rejected the request, by taking into consideration the financial implication of the Government; therefore, such policy decision cannot be interfered.
3. With the above observation, this court set aside the order of the writ court holding if such claims are entertained, other similarly placed person in other Corporation and Board would also claim the same. 2/4
4. The Review application has been filed on the premise that there is only one post of Junior Draughting Officer and no comparison will arise within the corporation. Further, co-employee of the same corporation has got benefited under one man commission and it could be applicable to the petitioner also.
5. The approval for fixation of the scale of pay of the writ petitioner has been rejected by the Government by taking into account all the consequential relevant factors. Further, this point has already been dealt with and answered in the writ appeal.
6. The grounds urged for review being unmeritorious, the present Review application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
