ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioner and her son assaulted the husband of the defacto complainant and thereby, he sustained injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.8876 of 2023 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the occurrence took place on 25.04.2023 and investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
