ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2016. 2.The petitioner would state that he purchased lands to an extent of 10 acres in Survey No.219/1 at Sankarapari Village, Tuticorin District, through a registered sale deed dated 15.08.1993 and he had been in possession and enjoyment of the property since then.
3.The petitioner would state that the revenue records are still standing in the name of his vendor. Since the title of the petitioner's vendor was disputed, he filed a suit in O.S.No.363 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2008 before the District Munsif Court, Tuticorin. The said suit was decreed on 19.12.2012. Thereafter, he approached the respondents for transfer of patta and also produced the Judgment of the civil Court. Despite the same, no action was taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner. 4.Heard Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Alaga Thevan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents and perused the records.
5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
