376 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners pointed out that only half unit of sand is involved in this case and therefore an indulged view may be taken.

4.However, since the petitioners are having previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. But, then they are permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional magistrate and apply for regular bail.
