ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.129 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the nature of the overtact attributed against the petitioner, this Court rejected his earlier application. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would take a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the defacto complainant and the same would be handed over to the defacto complainant.

4.It is made clear that merely because the petitioner has agreed to take a Demand Draft in favour of the victim, it would not amount to admission of guilt on their part. It would not affect the trial in the main case.

5.Subject to this condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
