Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12436 of 2018, dated 20.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that due to personal inconvenience, there was a delay of 10 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) each, in total Rs.4,000/- (Rupees four thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
