Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1-A), of TNP (Transport) Act in Crime No.197 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.08.2018, when the defacto complainant was conducting usual checkup, the petitioner along with A1 found in possession of 25 Binnes Brandy bottles without any license. Hence, the respondent police registered a case.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ there is nine previous cases are pending against the petitioner

herein and he is a history sheet offender.

5.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
