*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct cultural programme on 05.07.2017 at 08.00 p.m. to 01.00 p.m. in connection with a temple festival and to the said effect, he has submitted a representation to the respondent on 28.06.2017. Since, the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the representation is still pending with the respondent, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction in this Writ Petition, but, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
