This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent dated 27.06.2017, quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents herein from in any manner dispossessing the petitioner from his rental premises at 4th floor, T.R.Ramanathan Complex, Odai Street, Theni PO, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.

2.Mr.J.Lawrence, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to give an explanation to the impugned show cause notice and participate in the enquiry process, that the entire control room was constructed by the petitioner by investing his own money and therefore, a direction issued by the first respondent to handover the key and control room has to be stayed till the enquiry is over and that the petitioner undertakes to operate the control room till the enquiry proceedings are over.

3.Mr.Gunasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that as per the earlier agreement, the 6th respondent should be permitted to inspect the control room, however, the petitioner has already locked control room. It is further submitted that the first respondent has to recover a sum of Rs.1,83,57,231/- towards arrears and therefore, control room is closed.

4.Though larger relief is sought for in this writ petition, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to give an explanation to the impugned show cause notice and participate in the enquiry proceedings. As per the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall operate the control room till the enquiry is over and permit the 6th respondent to inspect the control room, as per the earlier agreement. No costs.
