ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending on the file of the second respondent.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to conclude the pending proceedings in Moo.Mu.A2/11457/2024, after giving fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties to the said proceedings and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
