Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABAKARAN.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to Modify the condition imposed by this Court particularly Para No.6, Clause (b) the petitioners shall jointly deposit title deeds of immovable properties worth of Rs.10,00,000/- either belonging to them, friends or relatives made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3742 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023 on the file of this Court.

3. On perusal of records shows that after considering the facts and circumstances of the case only, the above said condition was

imposed on the petitioners by this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the above said condition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
