Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2016 and to take appropriate action for surveying petitioner's land and fixing the boundary stones in her land situated in Survey No.125/8A1 in an extent of 0.01.5 Ares and in Survey No.125/8A2 in a extent of 0.01.5 Ares and in Survey No.125/8A3 in an extent of 0.01.5 Ares and 125/8A4 in an extent of 0.04.5 Ares and Survey No.125/8A5 in an extent of 0.05.5 Ares and in Survey No.125/8A6 in an extent of 0.05.5 Ares and in Survey No.125/8A7 in an extent of 0.05.5 Ares, Kurumbapatti Village, Dindugal West Taluk, Dindigul District, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to survey and fix boundary stones in the petitioner's lands situate in Kurumbapatti Village, Dindugal West Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2016.

3.By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for hearing at the stage of admission itself. 4.Heard both sides.
5.The petitioner made a representation dated 05.12.2016, followed by a reminder dated 09.01.2017, to the second respondent for surveying and also for fixing boundary stones in her lands. 6.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2016, is disposed of by the second respondent as per law. 7.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2016 followed by a reminder dated 09.01.2017, and take necessary action, if found fit, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.The writ petition is disposed of as above.
