Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to Survey the lands in Palakkanoothu Village in Old S.F.Nos.273/10, 273/4, 273/6, 273/8 and 273/9 and New Survey Nos.273/6, 273/10 and 273/15 situated in Kambalinaickanpatti, Puduchathiram Post, Ottanchathiram Via, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 17.04.2017 and 20.06.2017.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to survey the petitioner's lands situate in Kambalinaickanpatti, Puduchathiram Post, Ottanchathiram Via, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 17.04.2017 and 20.06.2017. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.
3.By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for hearing at the stage of admission itself. 4.Heard both sides.
5.The petitioner made two representation dated 17.04.2017 and 20.06.2017, to the respondent for surveying his lands. 6.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representations of the petitioner dated 17.04.2017 and 20.06.2017, are disposed of by the respondent as per law.

7.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 17.04.2017 and 20.06.2017, and take necessary action, if found fit, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
