ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 147, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that FIR was registered in Crime No.768 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 336 and 506 (ii) of IPC and Section 4 of the Women's Harassment Act.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
