ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to give permission to install the statue of Perarasar Perumpidugu Mutharaiyur Statue in private patta land in Survey No.596/1B situated at Velayuthampatti Village, Kunnampatti Post, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017. 2.Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for hearing at the stage of admission itself. 4.Heard both sides.

5.The petitioner made a representation dated 22.05.2017, to the second respondent for installing the statue of Perarasar Perumpidugu Mutharaiyur Statue in private patta land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.The competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner is the District Collector, Dindigul District, who is not a party in this writ petition.

7.The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Collector, Dindigul District. Therefore, it is upto the petitioner to submit necessary representation to the District Collector, Dindigul District, who will consider the same, if found fit, and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law.
