Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the Inspector of Police, Sathankulam Police Station, Sathankulam. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs the Court that the petitioner is the complainant and that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the petitioner has given a statement that further enquiry is not necessary and the matter can be closed. 4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. It is made clear that Sathankulam Police will not summon the petitioner again for enquiry for any reason.
