ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.16264 of 2016, dated 25.01.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.16264 of 2016, dated 25.01.2021 has been complied with.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also concedes that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

4. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.16264 of 2016, dated 25.01.2021, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
