Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 28.6.2017 and permit them to conduct dance programme on 6.7.2017 at about 8.00 p.m. To 12.00 p.m at Sri Kilavi Amman @ Mutharamman Temple's Ground, Srivaigundaperumalpuram Village, Sippikulam Post, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to give necessary permission for conducting dance programme in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents and by consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.It is seen from the records that on 28.6.2017, a representation has been given to the respondent for conducting the dance programme in the place mentioned above, but the same has not been considered. Under the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 28.6.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after taking into account the interest of the public on or before 5.7.2017. No costs.
