ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments in the petition mentioned lands.

3.The specific stand of the respondents is that the petition mentioned lands are patta lands and that the irrigation channel that is found on ground is having a free flow and that there is no encroachment in the channel. 4.Recording the stand of the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
