2.The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation, dated 11.03.2017 along with the representation, dated 15.06.2017 and to forbear the respondents from planting or drawing overhead https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing Mrs.S.Srimathi, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents sought for two weeks time to consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 11.03.2017 and 15.06.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
