*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to open the TASMAC liquor shop in the village, by name, Pitchai Nagar, Kulimikarai Road, Varaganeri East Circle in Trichy District.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted before this Court that there is no such proposal to open the TASMAC Shop, as apprehended by the writ petitioner.
