ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 03.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.191 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to temple festival dispute, the petitioners and others thrown stones upon the defacto complainant and others, due to that, the defacto complainant and others sustained injuries. Hence, the case has been registered. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents. They did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioners are in incarceration from 03.08.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.
