ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.It is not in dispute that S.No.206/2 of Mathur Village has been classified as "Vaari" which is a water body.

3.The petitioner alleges that there are encroachments in the said Vaari. We direct the third respondent to conduct proper survey after issuing notice to all the interested persons. If encroachment is noticed, it shall be removed as per law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
