ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No. 63 of 2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case and conducted an enquiry. After completion of investigation, the case had been closed as 'undetected' and final report had also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, on 27.04.2021. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
